McKenna is the Supervisor of HHDC Bowmanville and has been with us for more than 8 years professionally as an RECE at our Brooklin location. Her sunny disposition and passion for early childhood education make her a perfect fit for this role!

Supervisor - Brenda
Brenda is the Supervisor at Helping Hands Daycare Brooklin. She has been with us for years starting off as our Toddler RECE. She was instrumental in starting our Intergenerational program, which allows Seniors from a local nursing home to visit monthly and take part in daily activities with the children. The children love it when their 'Gramma's and Grampa's' visit!

Supervisor - Courtney
Courtney is the Supervisor at Helping Hands Daycare Courtice. She started off her career here, and has most recently been the infant room RECE and Assistant Supervisor at HHDC Westney. We are very proud of this centre, as we are of all of them, but this one has a bit of a back story. We actually stepped in to this location after another daycare had closed it's doors. So, with hard work and determination by the staff, it is thriving and very special to all of us.

Cassandra is the Supervisor at Helping Hands Daycare Lakeside. She leads a wonderful team of educators who strive to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Our Lakeside location serves as the hub of the community and you will often find Cassandra meeting and greeting families on our beautiful wraparound porch!

Supervisor - Jenn
Jenn is the Supervisor of Helping Hands Daycare Pickering. She came to us fresh out of college and has worked her way up from Sr Pre RECE to Supervisor. This was the first site in Durham with a ROOFTOP playground and is still a favorite play area for all.

Supervisor - Kaitlyn
​
Kaitlyn is the Supervisor at Helping Hands Daycare Port Perry. She began her journey in early childhood education in 2007, helping an at home childcare. In 2012, Kaitlyn completed her diploma with Durham College and has worked at a child care centre in Uxbridge since then. During these years, she ran a nursery school program, with a before and after school JK/SK program, was the RECE in the Infant room, and served as Assistant Supervisor. Kaitlyn joined HHDC in 2023 and we are thrilled to have her.

Samantha is the Supervisor at Helping Hands Daycare Scugog/Epic Kids HQ. Prior to leading the Scugog location, Samantha was Assistant Supervisor at our Bowmanville and Port Perry locations. Her passion for innovative approaches to childcare are a great match for our newest location!
